What types of shifts do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of shifts to adapt to our ever growing demands. These shifts include temporary short term, long-term, live in, 24-hour care, day shifts, night shifts 24 hours a day 7 days a week with plenty of room for flexibility.
Do you hire W-2, 1099, or private contractors?
MPORESS, on occasion, does offer independent contracting.
Is there room for growth?
At MPORESS Home Care, we mentor within to keep the wheel turning allowing the opportunity of not only growth but experience as you grow into new positions and roles. We advocate growth. In fact, within a year, our caregivers become mentors for the next generation of caregivers coming onboard behind them.
